Kauppalehti: Rusanen Group aims to become a nationwide textile care chain

Kauppalehti visited our Kerava laundry in autumn 2023, when the new large-scale production plant opened. In the article, our CEO Jori Rusanen talks about Rusanen Group's growth, the capacity the new laundry makes possible and our goal of building a textile care chain that serves the whole country.

On the same visit, Kauppalehti also looked at the microchips sewn into the textiles, which make it possible to track how textiles circulate, cut losses and extend their working life.

Rusanen Group has kept growing since the article was published. Today we serve our customers from three of our own laundries, in Helsinki, Kerava and Raahe.

Almost three years have passed since the article was published, and Rusanen Group's growth has continued at pace. We have expanded into the Raahe laundry, grown our staff to around a hundred professionals and broadened our services to answer the needs of hotels, restaurants and other business customers more closely.

Today we serve our customers from three of our own laundries, in Helsinki, Kerava and Raahe. Alongside textile washing and rental we offer workwear services, a Guest Laundry service for hotel guests and logistics arrangements designed customer by customer.

Through all the growth our goal has stayed the same. We want to be large enough to offer a reliable full service that delivers on time, and still close enough to the customer to serve personally and flexibly.
